Mixed-age groupings nurture growth through meaningful peer interactions and natural mentorship. Infants and toddlers thrive in enriched environments where older peers model emerging social, emotional, and motor skills—sparking curiosity and confidence in younger children. Similarly, toddler and preschool combinations foster collaboration, patience, and leadership as older children reinforce their knowledge while supporting younger friends. These thoughtfully integrated age groups reflect the way children learn best: through play, imitation, and shared discovery in a caring, community-focused setting.
We offer full-time, part-time, drop-in/backup care and coworking space membership options to parents.
Based on our core philosophy to ensure the well-being of families enrolled in our school, we partner with behavioral health agencies to reinforce our social emotional learning at our center. We work with social work interns who are supervised by licensed clinical director to provide additional support to our enrolled scholars.
We also work with families to arrange scheduled visits for supportive services during program hours such as early intervention, ABA, speech program and others.
To maintain a rich and engaging program, we tailor our enrichment activities based on the interests of the children enrolled in our program. We prioritize enrichment that promotes movement, creativity and problem solving. We've had soccer, arts and music.
(Ask for the enrichment program document for this year).
Safety is our utmost priority at La Distinction Academy. We have implemented comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all children. Our staff is trained to adhere to best practices and respond to emergencies, giving parents peace of mind while their children are in our care.
The purpose of our uniform is to create a community spirit and help our early scholars feel part of something very important. Wearing their uniform neat and proud every day instills a sense of responsibility, eliminates comparison and helps our scholars to focus on the fun activities of the day.

Dear Parents,
I have been exactly where you are right now, contemplating trustworthy childcare for my child as I continue my studies and maintain employment.
I have also been a stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, having trusted God's call for me to shift my focus from working outside my home to working within my family. I can tell you from experience that in both cases, I needed childcare support. The truth is we were created by God in community, in pairs, not one without the other. A community that shares your values is essential to the upbringing of your child and the wellbeing of your family.
La Distinction Academy is your Christian Home extension. Our curriculum is unique because it is based on the Bible as the primary guide for our daily activities. We emphasize social-emotional well-being, cultural diversity, and respect through music appreciation, nature-based projects, and parent collaborations.
Join your family with ours, and let's raise conscious leaders for a better world tomorrow.
Thank you for choosing La Distinction!
