🌱 Infant/Toddler Mixed-Age Group

Early Scholars

Mixed-age interactions provide rich opportunities for observational learning. Infants and toddlers thrive in enriched environments where older peers model emerging social, emotional, and motor skills—sparking curiosity and confidence in younger children emotional attunement, and the nurturing of empathy.

Infant/Toddler 3 months to 2.9 years old

Stories, Arts & Movement

At this stage of development, infants and young toddlers learn emotions and expressions. They’re curious about the world around them, and they enjoy exploring with their senses. Our shoe-free zone provides the right support and age-appropriate challenge to encourage growth.

Curriculum Scope and Sequence

  • Spiritual Development
Our early little scholars join the Community Circle to listen to fun Bible stories and songs every morning.
  • Social-Emotional
Infants & Toddlers are engaged with our sensory activities such as visual, colorful arts, listening to the musician of the month, fruits and flowers to develop taste and smell, and wet and messy handy arts.
  • Language/Communication
Fun and engaging story times in different languages. Sounding of words to start developing languages.
  • Executive Functioning
Playtime is child-led, with fun and gentle challenges to encourage problem-solving.
  • Movement/Physical
Children are encouraged to move daily through dance, outdoor time, and free play.

An infant always learns. The less we interfere with the natural process of learning, the more we can observe how much infants learn all the time.
